Your personal data can be transferred to the relevant authorities without the obligation of disclosure and without your explicit consent if requested within the framework of Article 28/1 of the KVKK.

Processed personal data; It can be transferred to the judicial authorities or the relevant law enforcement or administrative authorities within the scope and limitations stipulated in the law, upon request to resolve legal disputes, or in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Data Controller Rights and Obligation

As data controllers, they have the rights and obligations to process personal data in accordance with 6698 KVKK and other relevant laws, to prevent unlawful processing and access of personal data, to take adequate security measures in line with technical and actual possibilities for the safe processing and storage of personal data.

We undertake to keep Personal Data confidential, to take all necessary technical and administrative measures and to show due diligence for ensuring confidentiality and security. Protection of Personal Data is an important issue for our Company. All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access or loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. It uses generally accepted security technology standards when processing Personal Data. Although we take the necessary information security measures, if Personal Data is damaged or in the hands of third parties as a result of attacks on our company's website and data processing systems, we immediately notify you and the Personal Data Protection Board and take the necessary measures.

In the case of at least one of the following issues, personal and sensitive personal data may be processed for the purposes specified, even if express consent is not obtained, as specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Special categories of personal data other than health and sexual life data (persons' race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, clothing, association, foundation or union membership, criminal conviction, and security measures) and biometric and genetic data), the processing is prescribed by law.
